Meet Quimera, a stunning cat from Argentina with a split face that includes her eyes in two distinct hues. Her unique traits are gradually becoming popular on the internet, which is not unexpected.
Quimera’s face is perfectly divided into two parts. On one side of her face, she is an orange tabby with a gold eye. But on the other, she’s a black cat with a piercing blue eye.
Her face is clearly divided in two, and the distinctive line extends down her torso and front legs, where the coloration is completely the opposite of her face.
It’s unclear what caused Quimera’s coloration, but one possible explanation is that she’s a chimera cat. These special felines have each half of their faces in a completely different color, including their eyes.
Either way, she’s unique and absolutely gorgeous!
She is obviously odd, yet her mismatched visage has earned her some notoriety. On Instagram, where she routinely updates her fans on her cat life, she has over 88,000 followers.
